Velarion Records

The 340B register and hospital finances — joined, watched daily, delivered.

For 340B program managers

Know what changed on your record before your auditor does

The register is republished every morning as a fresh spreadsheet with no record of what moved. When a site’s certification date changes, or a contract pharmacy comes off, nothing tells you — you find out when somebody asks, and the person asking is often your auditor, months later. These alerts are that missing record: one email a day naming what changed on the entities you follow, each line with the value before, the value after, and the report that first showed it.

What you can follow

One hospital$99/month
A single covered entity: its own record, and every location registered under it.
One system$2,990/year
A parent record and all of its children — every site a health system has registered.
One state$4,990/year
Every covered entity in a state, whatever its type.
Everything$18,000/year
The whole register, every day.

Follow a hospital’s cost-report filings

The same scopes and the same prices, on the Medicare cost reports instead of the 340B register: when a report is filed or a figure on one moves, you get a line naming the hospital, the fiscal year and the date it was processed. There is no system scope here — the cost report files record no ownership, so there is no system to follow.

What a line looks like

Taken from the report of 7 September 2026, which carried one change in Kansas:

How the figures are built

Every value is the one its source document printed, shown with the file it came from. Nothing is estimated. How each figure is defined.

What the alerts do not do

They do not say why anything moved. The file does not carry a reason, and neither do we. They do not interpret a change, rank an entity, or suggest what a change means — the line names the field, the old value and the new one, and the reader draws the rest.

The date on every line is the date of the file that first showed the change, not the date it was made inside the publisher’s own system. The register does not publish that date, so nothing here claims it.
