Velarion Records

Public registries, as they were filed.

Licensing the register

Everything on this site, as data: the covered entities and their sites, the contract-pharmacy network, the daily record of what changed, and the Medicare cost report figures for the hospitals that file one — joined on the certification number both documents print, and delivered as files you keep.

What a license covers

One state$4,500/year
Every covered entity in a state, its sites and its contract pharmacies, with the daily history and the finances where a cost report is on file.
National, internal use$35,000/year
The whole joined register, for use inside your own organization.
Enterprise, with redistribution$95,000/year
The whole register, with the right to build it into something you sell or publish.

Research engagements

A written study of one state or one health system, taking the register and the cost reports as far as they go on a question you set. The scope is agreed and published before the work starts, the finished study is published on this site, and the same scope is offered to anyone on either side of the question at the same price. From $15,000.

What you would be licensing

Every figure is the value its source document printed, with the file it came from and the date its publisher stamped inside it. Nothing is estimated and nothing is carried in from another year. Two documents describe the same hospital because they carry the same CMS certification number, not because their names resemble each other.

Questions: hello@velarionrecords.com. How these figures are defined.
