- An inspection recorded against a watched carrier, a violation filed under a watched category, a crash added, or a carrier's fleet size moving into another band. Each message names the change and the date the register carries for it.
- How is it delivered?
- As a message to the address you give at checkout, sent when the register changes. You can stop the watch at any time and it will not renew itself after that.
- Which scope should I choose?
