340B contract pharmacies

Contract pharmacies by state and chain

A 340B contract pharmacy is a retail pharmacy that dispenses a covered entity’s discounted drugs under a contract with it. The register files each arrangement under the chain the pharmacy belongs to, so this layer is read by state and then by chain. Each chain page lists the covered entities it contracts with.

Read the same arrangements by location instead: contract pharmacies, state by state.

Every state and territory holding at least one chain with three or more arrangements, most arrangements first.
