Velarion Records

The 340B register and hospital finances — joined, watched daily, delivered.

For manufacturers, pharmacy networks and health systems

The register, as a file you keep

The public source is a spreadsheet that is replaced every morning and keeps no history, so the answer to “when did this arrangement start” is only as good as the day somebody on your team began saving copies. This is the same register with its history kept for you: every entity, every site, every dispensing arrangement, every value that changed and the report that first showed it — joined to the Medicare cost report of each hospital that files one.

What arrives

The whole register, built from the report of 2026-09-16
  • covered_entities.csvcovered_entities.parquet94,386 rowsEvery covered entity and registered site
  • contract_pharmacies.csvcontract_pharmacies.parquet398,495 rowsEvery arrangement with a dispensing pharmacy
  • register_changes.csvregister_changes.parquet5,114 rowsEvery value that changed, and the report that showed it
  • hospital_finances.csvhospital_finances.parquet10,186 rowsThe filed cost report of every hospital that files one
  • manifest.jsonREADME.txtThe report each file was built from, and a checksum for every one

28.8 MB, one zip. Rebuilt every day the register is republished, and your API key reaches the current data for the whole term.

The three scopes

One state$7,500/year
Every covered entity in a state, its sites and its contract pharmacies, with the daily history and the finances where a cost report is on file.
The whole register, internal use$35,000/year
Every entity, every site, every arrangement, and every filed cost report — for use inside your own organization.
Enterprise, with redistribution$95,000/year
The same file, with the right to build it into something you sell or publish. Invoiced rather than charged to a card, with the redistribution grant attached to the license: buy it with a purchase order and the invoice is sent at once.

Research engagements

A written study of one state or one health system, taking the register and the cost reports as far as they go on a question you set. The scope is agreed and published before the work starts, the finished study is published on this site, and the same scope is offered to anyone on either side of the question at the same price. From $15,000.

How the figures are built

Every figure is the one its source document printed, shown with the file it came from. The three shares that are divided and the positions that are ranked are named on one page. Nothing is estimated. How each figure is defined.
