This is the same register with its history kept for you: every entity, every site, every dispensing arrangement, every value that changed and the report that first showed it — joined to the Medicare cost report of each hospital that files one.

Post-acute (skilled nursing) data license

Research engagements
A written study of one state or one health system, taking the register and the cost reports as far as they go on a question you set. The scope is agreed and published before the work starts, the finished study is published on this site, and the same scope is offered to anyone on either side of the question at the same price.
