Child sites that left the register
Which 340B child sites left the register, and how many of them came back under a different key in the same daily file?
- 1,283Left the register, with no move to explain it
- October 2, 2026As of
- 2,231Rows in the list
- 2,231Sites that left the register
- 948Of them, a move explains
What is counted
- A child site has left when a row the register carried in one file is absent from a later file.
- Where that row comes back under a new key IN THE SAME DAILY FILE the old key went missing from, the register records both keys as one move, and the site did not leave: it moved. The two dates are the same date. Where a new key appears in a LATER file instead, it does not stand as a move for this departure, and the departure still counts.
- The figure above the list counts the sites no move explains. The list itself carries every site that left, and says on each row whether a move explains it.
What you can check
Every row in the list carries these as the register itself holds them, so a row can be found in the register and read there:
- 340B ID
entity_340b_id- Site key
child_key- State
state
The list
The file carries the whole list, one row per line, up to 20,000 rows.
Every row is printed as it appears in HRSA 340B OPAIS Covered Entity Daily Report, dated by the file the value was printed in rather than by the day this page was read. How these figures are defined →
