Every discharge permit that carries a numeric limit does so against a named parameter -- a pollutant such as lead or ammonia, or a property of the discharge itself such as temperature or pH. These pages group the current register by parameter: which permits carry a limit for it, where, and how many of those permits have a recorded exceedance on file.
